SOS TOTAL SATISFACTION RETURN POLICY
Merchandise purchased directly from SOS may be returned in accordance with SOS's "Total Satisfaction Return Policy." The Total Satisfaction Return Policy provides that Customer may return, for any reason, any product to SOS for a full refund or credit within ten days of the date of purchase, without charge, except cost of return shipping. Within thirty days of the date of purchase, Customer may return, for any reason, any product to SOS for a refund or credit, but Customer may be responsible for a 20% restocking fee for each product returned and shall also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Non-Stock or Special Order Items may not qualify under this policy.
In order to claim a refund or credit under the Total Satisfaction Return Policy, Customer must contact SOS at 1-800-443-7101 to request a Return of Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. Deliveries that are refused by the customer without SOS consent will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Further, in order to claim a refund or credit under the Total Satisfaction Return Policy, Customer must return any product in its original packaging. Customer shall not be entitled to a refund or credit under the Total Satisfaction Return Policy for any product which is not returned in its original packaging.
Discrepancies in product type or quantity ordered shall be governed by the Total Satisfaction Return Policy. Therefore, any such discrepancies must be brought to SOS attention within ten days of the date of the purchase in order to avoid the 20% restocking fee and within thirty days in order to receive a refund or credit for such products. The cost of return shipping for discrepancies in product type or quantity shall be the responsibility of SOS.
RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
The risk of loss for any products shall be on Customer once the product leaves SOS facility. However, if products that you receive have been damaged in shipment, please call 1-800-443-7101 so that SOS can issue an RMA number. SOS and Customer agree they will provide any assistance necessary to make a claim with the shipping company. Customer shall be required to return the damaged product to SOS (at SOS’ expense) and SOS will make arrangements to ship a replacement product as soon as possible. There shall be no restocking fee for returns of products damaged during shipping in accordance with this policy.
RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The return of defective products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the MANUFACTURE OF THE PRODUCT, as well as by the terms set forth in this paragraph. Customer must notify SOS during stated MANUFACTURER WARRANTY after purchase date that a product is defective by contacting SOS. Upon so notifying SOS, Customer will be provided with an RMA number. Customer shall return the defective product to SOS (at SOS’ expense) and SOS will make arrangements to ship a replacement product or issue a refund or credit as pursuant to manufacturer documented claims (note: manufacturer evaluations may apply before credit or replacement is issued on certain products). Defective products need not be returned in the original packaging in order to qualify for replacement or a refund or credit. There shall be no restocking fee on returns of defective products in accordance with the SOS policy.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES/NO WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER/INDEMNIFICATION
Buyer acknowledges that Seller (SOS) is not the manufacturer of the products or goods sold. The implied warranties of product for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed and implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to the goods sold. In no event shall Seller (SOS) be liable to Buyer for indirect, special or consequential damages for loss of anticipated profits on any claim of any kind resulting from an order hereunder. By accepting delivery of product, BUYER shall indemnify and hold harmless SOS from and against all claims, including without limitation claims, liabilities, losses, judgments, actions, administrative proceedings, costs, expenses, penalties, fines, damages and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees, consultants' fees and court costs) ("claims") for bodily injury, harm, sickness, disease and death and for property loss or damage associated to the product being sold.
